In science, we are currently learning about sound.
Our Recycled Sound Machine Project Due Date: Monday, Nov. 20th
Please have your child explore with different sounds at home. Then have him or her make a sound machine. The students should be creative and ONLY USE RECYCLED MATERIALS. Please allow this to be an easy, low stress, fun project for your child. I am NOT looking for a perfect or beautifully designed (by an adult) product. The children will need to be able to tell us:
-What did you name your sound machine?
-How did you make it?
-What materials did you use?
-How would you describe the noise your sound machine makes?
Students will write about their sound machines and demonstrate how to play them in class.
